 By calling 2053 from any city, you can communicate with our customer service team that includes experts on our bank's products and services who shall follow up on your every question to achieve your satisfaction with our products and services.

Our Call Center's services:
  - Receiving all contacts from clients and potential clients and respond to their inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
- Providing optimal answers either instantly or through re-contacting the client after communicating with the concerned branch or department to deal with the client's request.
- Providing direct telephone banking services such as de-activating lost bank cards
- Restarting attempts on incorrect password inputs to our e-services.
All telephone calls are recorded to ensure the quality of our center's service.
Official working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M, subject to public holidays.
